Deal Flow Process

We encourage you to apply here if you believe your company is a strong fit. Please include key materials such as your executive summary, investor pitch deck, and financial projections. These documents are essential for us to assess your opportunity accurately.

Our pre-screening committee will carefully review your application. If your business shows promise and aligns with our criteria, you will be invited to present at our screening committee meeting. Due to the volume of applications, only those moving forward will receive a response.

Companies advancing to this stage will give a 10-minute presentation to our screening committee, followed by a 10-15 minute Q&A session. Be ready to discuss your market strategy, product, financials, business model, use of funds, and management team. Companies with compelling pitches may then proceed to present at our monthly member meeting.

Once a month, our full member network convenes. Selected companies will present a 10-minute pitch followed by a Q&A session. If enough members express interest, we proceed to the due diligence phase.

Our due diligence team conducts a thorough evaluation of your company, focusing on four key areas: management, market, product and technology, and financials. This phase requires collaboration from company leadership to provide detailed materials and time. The findings are compiled into a comprehensive report shared with our members.

If member interest remains high post-due diligence, GSA members will engage legal counsel to draft and negotiate a term sheet with you. Whether crafting new terms or reviewing your existing term sheet, we work toward an agreement that benefits all parties. Once terms are agreed upon, capital commitments are finalized, and the closing process begins.
